Bunting® Magnetics’ Flexible Die Division features a state-of-the-art facility and equipment which allows Bunting® to produce all types of flexible dies from simple designs to intricate die patterns. This includes the ability to produce stamp dies that are machine sharpened and chemically hardened. All of our equipment has been designed to manufacture dies in widths up to 30 inches.

Within the manufacturing process, Bunting® has ensured that it is using the finest equipment in the world and has capabilities only a few companies in the industry currently feature. Unlike other flexible die manufacturers, we will be solely focused on the production of 100% Chemically Hardened Flexible Dies. Recently, we enhanced our die coatings options to include two new levels of performance. Our Diamond and Black Diamond coatings increase the hardness of our flexible dies to a level not measured by the world-renown Rockwell Scale for Hardness.
