Bunting® Magnetics’ Flexible Die Division features a state-of-the-art facility and equipment which allows Bunting® to produce all types of flexible dies from simple designs to intricate die patterns. This includes the ability to produce stamp dies that are machine sharpened and chemically hardened. All of our equipment has been designed to manufacture dies in widths up to 30 inches.

Within the manufacturing process, Bunting® has ensured that it is using the finest equipment in the world and has capabilities only a few companies in the industry currently feature. Unlike other flexible die manufacturers, we will be solely focused on the production of 100% Chemically Hardened Flexible Dies.

Bunting® recently developed an unrivaled new coating called Repel™. This economical coating provides a clear, non-stick finish that repels the most aggressive adhesives.

The Repel™ coating gives Bunting® a diverse range of coating options to offer our customers. Bunting® also has available our new Diamond and Black Diamond coatings which increase the hardness of our flexible dies to a level not measured by the world-renown Rockwell Scale for Hardness. Our customers have four choices to chose from because our standard process is to 100% chemically nickel harden our dies.
